Is there a request limit?
Absolutely not, you can submit unlimited requests. Each request that you submit will be completed one by one by your dedicated engineer.
How fast are requests completed?
On average, most requests are completed within 2 days (or less). More complex requests can take longer and are typically being broken down into smaller ones.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After you subscribe, you will receive an email with a link to your platform where you can add your requests as well as a link to your Stripe customer portal where you can manage your subscription.
We will also invite you to your Slack channel where your dedicated project manager will be available to assist you.
How do we communicate?
We communicate using our platform as well as over Slack. You'll enjoy updates from your dedicatdd engineer twice a day on which projects are worked on (9am), and the progress of the given day's work (5pm).
Are there meetings? We'll happily do meetings when there are urgent issues to resolve. and it's more efficient to resolve it over call than over text messages. Our main communication channel, for efficiency reasons, however is text messaging.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes, definitely. Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. For example if you subscribe and use the service for 10 days and then pause your subscription, the billing cycle will get paused and you’ll have 21 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We invest significant time into each and every client that we work with, hence we don't feel comfortable offering a refund policy.

How secure is my data?
All communication is done over an SSL encrypted connection — the same technology used by online retailers and banks. All billing information is fully secured with Stripe, a certified PCI Service provider.
